Miguel complains to Pilar that Kay claims to love him while still staying with Fox, not knowing she is honoring a bargain with Julian. Meanwhile, the Witches Committee tests Tabitha's morality and demands she prove she is evil by destroying an amusement park. She reluctantly does it, then feels immediate regret. Upstairs, Kay and Fox sense the strange winds from Tabitha's spell. Miguel secretly witnesses Tabitha using magic and realizes she is a witch. Elsewhere, Julian celebrates learning Little Ethan is not his son and begins plotting against Theresa.
