Spike tips Sheridan off that Fancy is posing as a prison guard to stay close to Luis. Sheridan storms to the jail, reports Fancy to the warden, and triggers a search. At the prison infirmary, Kay and Pilar visit Miguel while Fox and Julian spy from the hallway. Julian insists Miguel must be eliminated if Fox wants Kay for good, and Fox reluctantly agrees to meet with Spike. Meanwhile, Ethan comforts Theresa in a hidden room while the blackmail threats continue, and Jared and Rebecca are both unsettled by strange encounters involving Little Ethan and the blackmailer's unseen reach.
