Fancy takes the stand and breaks down under Grace's harsh questioning, forcing a recess. Ethan tries rebuilding the defense by highlighting Fancy's love for Luis rather than her trauma. Grace then calls Sheridan, who shocks the courtroom by bringing up Fancy's sister Pretty. Outside the courtroom, Miguel and Kay confess their love and Kay promises to leave Fox. Fox interrupts and offers to lie on the stand to protect her, but Julian warns him not to tolerate Miguel. Meanwhile, Whitney misreads a confrontation between Chad and Vincent, and the truth about Chad's private life remains trapped in silence.
