Tabitha and Endora set out to punish Spike for everything he has done. Theresa is blindsided by a surprise bridal shower arranged in the hospital, even as Eve receives a threatening message from the blackmailer warning that the wedding must proceed if she ever wants to see her long-lost son. Luis keeps insisting to Ethan and Fancy that he is not the blackmailer despite the voice match. Meanwhile, Simone heads to the bartender's apartment to retrieve Rae's letter, unaware that danger is waiting there and that the blackmailer's grip is tightening around everyone.
