Fox learns that treatment for his growing tumor could leave him impotent, and Kay tearfully insists that love is all they need, even as she drives Miguel away again. Fancy accuses Sheridan of being her attacker, but Sheridan coldly denies it and suggests there may be multiple assailants. Jared arrives at the ER in critical condition after being shot, while Theresa panics and struggles to explain what happened. Noah, Paloma, and Simone find Jessica disoriented with cocaine in her purse after another attack. Later, Fancy is assaulted again and demands Sheridan be checked for scratches, convinced the truth is right in front of them.
