Noah wakes up in Paloma's bed with no memory of how he got there and panics at what might have happened. Valerie pushes Jared to stay in Harmony and fight for Theresa. At the hospital, Fancy is devastated by the latest blow in her ordeal, while Miguel believes he has finally won after hearing there was no evidence of Fox's illness during surgery. That hope collapses when Dr. Gasparro announces he discovered an inoperable tumor after Eve left the operating room. The reversal leaves Miguel and the others shaken all over again.
