Miguel feels vindicated when Charity confirms she has not been in Harmony for years, but the triumph fades when Fox lies gravely injured after the hit-and-run. Chad searches Fancy's room for proof of her attacker, while Sheridan manipulates the others into doubting Fancy again. Theresa and Ethan try explaining how they ended up in bed together, but Jared and Gwen refuse to believe them. Jared pushes for Ethan's arrest, and Gwen finally ends her marriage, telling Ethan he is free to be with Theresa. The town fractures further as loyalty and trust collapse on every side.
