Noah, Paloma, and Jessica visit Kay and make peace, though the boys in the basement are not pleased. At the hospital, Fancy's condition worsens after the assault, and despite Eve's efforts she flatlines. Luis vows to find the attacker no matter what. Elsewhere, J.T., disguised as a woman, continues evading Ethan, while Theresa and Jared keep trying to fend off Ethan's interference.
