Miguel sleepwalks into Kay's bed and kisses her before she can shove him out moments before Fox exits the shower. At the station, Luis dreams of Sheridan but wakes to Fancy declaring she is done with him. Ethan dreams of Theresa even as he makes love to Gwen, while Jared shows up with flowers and continues supporting Theresa. Later, Ethan and Jared end up in another fierce fight over Theresa, with Jared demanding Ethan sign documents and Ethan refusing. Theresa confides in Whitney that her affair with Ethan is still very much alive.
