Theresa orders Jared to find dirt on Stewart Allen so she can fight Ethan's lawsuit, while Julian questions whether she has the strength to stand up to Ethan at all. Ethan and Gwen stay late preparing their case. Luis, meanwhile, is urged by Paloma and Pilar to finally let Sheridan go, but he cannot. Miguel asks Luis for advice about following his heart and is encouraged to tell Kay the truth. Later, Luis and Sheridan kiss despite everything, and Fancy witnesses it, realizing she still cannot move forward with Luis.
