Theresa asks Jared for another chance, but he rejects her, still unsettled by her social status and by how much he mistrusts the world around her. Whitney and Chad try to comfort Theresa, while Pilar again urges her to tell Ethan the truth. At the fundraiser, Jared surprises Theresa by slapping a pie in his own face to cheer her up. Elsewhere, Spike is caught by Pilar during a robbery attempt and shoots her. Kay finally exposes Siren as a mermaid at the fair, and Luis later invites Fancy to dinner.
