Ivy and Sam are baffled by Tabitha's magically restored house, while Fox agonizes over whether to tell Kay the truth. At the hospital, Chris rushes Sheridan to the ER with abdominal pain, and doctors fight to save her baby. Sheridan begs Julian to keep checking on Marty, Luis, and Fancy in Rome. Elsewhere, Theresa still struggles to tell Ethan the truth about little Ethan, and when she falters, Ethan turns to Whitney to find out what is really going on. In Rome, Luis and Fancy continue their pursuit after escaping the lions.
