Kay desperately searches for Miguel and Siren, and Fox notices her jealousy, accusing her of still loving Miguel. She denies it, even as Siren and Miguel grow more intimate on the beach. In Rome, Noah overpowers Spike after Spike threatens Jessica with a knife and turns him over to Lena. Theresa continues pursuing J.T. through the city despite Ethan's concerns, determined to expose Gwen. At the masquerade, Luis learns Beth poisoned Fancy's champagne and stops Fancy from drinking it, but Beth manages to escape once again.
