Kay becomes even more suspicious of Siren when an old fisherman named Carl recognizes her as the mermaid he once encountered decades ago. In Rome, Fancy breaks down in Luis's arms over Noah, while Noah fumes that Luis has betrayed him. At the same time, Alistair fully reveals himself to Beth and explains his obsession with the sacred chalice before disguising himself again as the monk to manipulate Whitney further. Later, Noah and Luis nearly come to blows and must be separated by Ethan and Chad. On the dock, Siren falls into the water and everyone sees her mermaid tail.
