Paloma, Jessica, and Simone stumble into a chamber covered in ancient markings, and Jessica is hit with a vision of blood and betrayal after touching one. At the convent, Whitney suffers frightening dreams of fire and damnation as Chad continues searching nearby without finding her. Ethan shows Theresa the symbol he found on the mirror and argues that someone is orchestrating everything. Above them, a masked figure watches from a rooftop.
