Ethan wakes from a nightmare about Gwen and Theresa, then makes love to Gwen, only for Theresa to arrive with news that Paloma is in danger and Ethan must go to Rome with her. Gwen protests, but Theresa insists the threat is real. Elsewhere, Simone, Jessica, and Paloma are blindfolded and taken to a secret location where they discover a stolen painting marked with the omega symbol. In the catacombs, the monk tells Whitney she must die if Chad is to live, and Whitney accepts the sacrifice. Later, Beth and Marty appear at a café in Rome.
