Kay grows more jealous as Siren keeps moving closer to Miguel, while Siren secretly returns to mermaid form upstairs before scrambling to hide her tail again. When Miguel and Fox force the bathroom door open, they find her apparently normal, though Kay remains suspicious after spotting strange scales and a fishy scent. In Rome, Lena gives Noah and Maya a dangerous assignment and warns them to die trying if necessary. Fancy confronts Noah over his distance and Maya's role, while Whitney, still haunted by her virtual visions, is pushed by the monk to keep pursuing the chalice.
