Sheridan wakes screaming from a nightmare about Alistair, and although the nursing home reassures her he remains comatose, she cannot shake her fear that he is coming after her again. In Rome, Luis and Chad pursue the suspicious monk through the streets until he turns and arms himself with bricks, forcing them to halt. Chad later hears Whitney scream and searches frantically for her, but the streets and language barrier work against him. Back home, Theresa orders Gwen into work despite her concerns about Jane, while Ethan quietly wrestles with the emotions stirred by Sheridan's earlier confession.
