Miguel admits to Theresa that Kay's engagement to Fox bothers him, though he denies wanting Kay back. In Hawaii, Sheridan clings to Luis's bedside while Chris watches in growing pain. At the bed and breakfast, Chad relentlessly pushes Ethan to admit he still loves Theresa and only married Gwen because she was pregnant, enraging Gwen. Kay accidentally lets slip to Fox that she may not be fully over Miguel. Chris becomes furious when he overhears nurses gossiping about Sheridan and Luis as if their history still defines everything.
