Whitney begins a violent act of self-punishment and hallucinates that Jesus is guiding her through pain and redemption until Father Lonigan rushes in, horrified, and stops her before she dies. Chad tries to find Whitney but is misdirected by the nuns. Theresa uses Gwen's plan involving J.T. to convince Ethan that Gwen is untrustworthy, while Gwen is rattled to realize Ethan may be catching on. At home, Fox tries to reconnect with Kay, but Miguel's continued presence keeps stirring jealousy and tension.
