Ivy stokes Fox's jealousy by showing him a photo of Kay, Maria, and Miguel, while Valerie presses Miguel to return. Elsewhere, Theresa keeps Gwen overwhelmed at work, and Noah angrily confronts Maya about the secrets she still refuses to share.
