ABC introduces a stylish new drama with "Revenge," a suspenseful series set among the wealth and privilege of the Hamptons where secrets, betrayal, and hidden agendas threaten to unravel an entire community. Inspired in part by the classic novel The Count of Monte Cristo, the series follows a young woman determined to settle a deeply personal score against those who destroyed her family.

Emily VanCamp stars as Emily Thorne, a mysterious newcomer who arrives in the Hamptons with charm, elegance, and a carefully guarded past. To her neighbors, Emily appears to be a gracious socialite eager to join the elite circles of the seaside community. In reality, she is carrying out a calculated plan of vengeance against the powerful people she believes betrayed her father years earlier.

Among the most influential figures in the Hamptons are Victoria Grayson, played by Madeleine Stowe, the commanding matriarch of the Grayson family, and her husband Conrad Grayson (Henry Czerny), a wealthy and ambitious businessman. Their son Daniel Grayson (Josh Bowman) soon forms a connection with Emily, while longtime family friend Nolan Ross (Gabriel Mann) becomes one of the few people aware of her true mission.

As Emily quietly executes each step of her plan, alliances shift and long-buried secrets begin to surface, threatening not only the Grayson family but the entire Hamptons social circle. With its blend of mystery, romance, and psychological intrigue, "Revenge" explores how far one woman will go in her pursuit of justice—and whether vengeance can ever truly bring closure.
