JACK ENCOURAGES LIZ TO TOUGHEN UP -- Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) learns her coworkers frequently call her “the C word,” prompting hurt feelings and comic attempts to prove she’s not difficult. Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) encourages Liz to toughen up in business. Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan) takes advantage of Liz’s defensiveness to get out of a writing task. Pete Hornberger (Scott Adsit) mediates between Liz and the writers, while Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski) remains oblivious. Guest star Dr. Leo Spaceman appears, complicating Liz’s reactions amid office chaos. Jack McBrayer, Judah Friedlander, Keith Powell, and Katrina Bowden also star.
